Kristen is an associate lawyer Davidson Houle Allen LLP.

Kristen has extensive experience in condominium law. Prior to joining the firm, she was a condominium lawyer in Toronto for six years at a boutique firm. Kristen has assisted clients both on a day-to-day basis from a corporate perspective, and has also worked on matters leading into litigation proceedings, including cases in the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal, Tribunals, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Her background and knowledge enable her to often assist Boards of Directors in resolving issues before they get to the litigation stage.

Kristen is dedicated to assisting her clients and developing solutions to address a wide range of condominium problems and issues. She strives to give practical counsel to condominium corporations to help Boards make good decisions, and also to understand why a course of action was taken.

Kristen is hard-working, approachable, and down-to-earth. She is a passionate advocate for her clients and always provides clear, straight-forward recommendations and advice.

Outside of the office, Kristen enjoys making jewelry, going to the ballet and opera, and spending time with her family.
